In the golden autumn season, it is a pleasure to see the rice fields and celebrate the harvest. On September 26th, during the fifth "China Farmers' Harvest Festival", Li Ming, member of the Party group and vice chairman of the Qingdao Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Yang Jing, director of the configuration and promotion office of the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Agriculture, and eight others visited Qingdao Kinger Food Co., Ltd. to carry out a theme activity of "Celebrating the Harvest and Welcoming the Grand Meeting" to show their care for migrant workers. Sui Qingjiu, chairman of the Laixi Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhang Weifu, member of the Jiangshan Town Federation of Trade Unions, were present to accompany them.

In the golden autumn season, witnessing the abundance of rice and celebrating the harvest, on September 26th, during the fifth "China Farmers' Harvest Festival", Li Ming, member of the Party group and vice chairman of the Qingdao Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Yang Jing, director of the configuration and promotion office of the Qingdao Municipal Agriculture Bureau, and eight others visited Qingdao Kinger Food Co., Ltd. to carry out a "Celebrating the Harvest, Welcoming the Congress" themed慰问活动for rural workers. Sui Qingjiu, chairman of the Laixi Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhang Weifu, member of the Jiangshan Town Federation of Trade Unions, also attended.

Vice Chairman Li Ming and his party first visited the production workshop of Kinger Food, where they learned in detail about the processing technology of fruit and vegetable crisps, and understood the processes of freezing, vacuum low-temperature frying, and packaging.

Afterwards, Hao Chunfeng, a member of the Party group of the Laixi Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, presided over the慰问活动. Vice Chairman Li Ming, on behalf of the Qingdao Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, extended festival greetings and presented慰问品to the rural workers.

Chairman Li mentioned in his speech: The Harvest Festival is a festival for farmers, but also a festival for the whole nation to celebrate the harvest together. The beauty of autumn lies in the festive celebration. This year marks the fifth China Farmers' Harvest Festival, the year of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and a crucial year for the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization. This year's Harvest Festival, themed "Celebrating the Harvest, Welcoming the Congress," conveys the concept and determination of prioritizing agriculture and strengthening agriculture, echoing the strong voice of the times: "National rejuvenation requires rural revitalization," and "The well-being of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers is crucial for the overall situation."

During the symposium, Vice Chairman Li Ming watched the promotional video of Kinger Food Company and listened to the company's reports on its business development, trade union work, and assistance to farmers' development. Vice Chairman Li Ming expressed his affirmation of Kinger Food's trade union and farmer assistance work in recent years and pointed out that, as an agricultural product processing enterprise and a provincial-level worker entrepreneurship park, Kinger Food shoulders significant responsibilities and obligations for local rural revitalization. As an enterprise, it should leverage its advantages to drive surrounding farmers to start businesses, stimulate employment, and increase income. Simultaneously, it can also promote trade union work within the worker entrepreneurship park, promoting continuous enterprise development, and leading more farmers to become wealthy together. This allows our farmer friends and staff to reap greater rewards during the Harvest Festival, sharing the joy of the harvest with more people.
